Shipping policy

All records, CDs and tapes are carefully packed in heavy‑duty protective mailers to prevent transit damage. Parcels are marked Fragile and Do Not Bend.

Orders are processed in 1‑3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre‑orders ship upon release. You receive tracking information via email once items ship. Tracking updates may experience short delays.

Shipping fees calculate automatically at checkout. Domestic delivery generally takes 2‑7 business days. International shipping is available, with typical transit times of 7‑28 business days. Customs processing may cause further delays which are beyond our control.

Buyers are responsible for all import duties and local taxes for international shipments. We do not alter customs declaration values.

Please verify your shipping address before completing purchase. We are not accountable for mis‑sent parcels caused by incorrect address details. Report functionally damaged items within 48 hours after delivery with order number and supporting photos. Minor outer sleeve wear in transit will not qualify for claims. All delivery times are estimated only.
